The problem with traditional coaching is there is not proper learning.

Learning requires trial and error, making mistakes and asking questions which usually take time to get right. When most people work a nutrition coach or PT they are usually given the exact numbers or the exact way of doing something. “Here is how you do this” and “this is how much you should have of that”. People achieve weight loss or health improvements but it’s usually in the short term and starts to suffer when the go out on their own.

Why?

Because their habits and behaviors are not addressed. There is no light bulb moments that’s that the individual starts to understand why and how they go there in the first place.

The reason none of these methods work in the long-term is because most do not gain any understanding of why there are doing what they are doing, they are simply just following along.

And this is the huge issue with the industry today.

I’ve literally put everything I know in a 12 week program which is easy to follow, provides you with support and unlimited questions  you may have.

It’s delivered via email, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday for 12 weeks.

That’s 48 different subjects covering nutrition, health, sleep, recovery, habits, training, mindset and more, that you’ll read, understand and then go back to your coach with questions.

I’ve structured it in a way that flows and works for almost anyone. 

We start with the fundamentals and build from there.

This isn’t driven by a meal plan. There is no counting calories. There is no personalised training programs (however I do attach a crap load of free guides).

What you do get is education, knowledge transfer, awareness building content that you can take into the real world and apply straight away. You apply it by asking questions. At the end of nearly every educational email is a question. Answer that question by replying back and opening a dialogue about that particular subject (for example sleep or losing fat). Thes conversation it opens up is specific to you. That value is huge! You aren’t searching the internet for answers that may not be relevant for you – it opens up a world of answers that IS relevant for you.
