- Each day, track your progress on the habit tracker. For each habit that you complete, give yourself the appropriate number of points. If you exercised for longer than 30 minutes, that is 10 points!
- At the end of the day, tally up your points and see if you’ve reached 100 points. If you have, congratulations! You’ve completed enough healthy habits to achieve your goals for the day. If you haven’t, take a look at your habits and see where you can make improvements. Keep tracking your habits daily to build consistency and see progress over time.
